1. Delete Your Data from Your Account
Sign in to your flitzanaki.gr account, open your profile page, and use the "Delete my account" button in the deletion section.
2. What Gets Deleted
Account details, coffee readings, uploaded cup photos, token wallet data, API tokens, and billing records linked to your account are permanently removed from the application.
3. If You Cannot Access Your Account
Contact us through the website contact channel and include the email address tied to your account so we can process the deletion request manually.
4. Processing Time
Self-service deletion happens immediately when you confirm the action. Manual requests may require additional verification before removal is completed.
